Meet the Owners
JIM AND TANIA
Husband and wife team, Jim and Tania Clark are professional dancers, successful competitors, choreographers, instructors, and proud owners of JT Ballroom Dance Studio.
Jim’s journey into the arts began with musical theater. He performed for numerous companies, until he was introduced to the world of Latin and Ballroom dancing. Jim knew immediately that this was his calling, and has been a Certified Professional Ballroom and Latin Dance Instructor since 1998. Jim has not only achieved acclaim in his own professional competitive career but is continuously awarded Top Teacher awards from numerous competitions throughout the country. Since the opening of JT Ballroom, he has been awarded Top Teacher From every competition he has attended!
Tania began her dance journey at the age of 6, training and performing in classical Persian dance. Shortly there after she began her training in competitive Figure Skating at the age of 8 until she caught a glimpse of America’s Ballroom Challenge on PBS. Having fallen in love with this sport, she knew it was her calling. Tania specializes in Ballroom and Latin, as well as Belly Dancing.
With a combined 30 years of teaching experience, Jim and Tania have perfected their own highly successful style of instruction. Their passion for teaching is evident by their attention to detail and the success of their students; many of which have won numerous championships throughout the country and have received titles at the prestigious United States National Championships.
Jim and Tania equally enjoy working with students who wish to learn to dance socially as well as those driven to success in the competitive field.
Jim and Tania have been dancing together since 2005. The duo can be seen in many national advertising campaigns, they have choreographed for film and television shows, and are sought after instructors for many film and Musical artists.

Meet the Team
ZANA
Zana is a lifelong dancer who strives to positively impact the community of which she is a part of. In addition to Ballroom and Latin, she is also trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, African Diasporic and Musical Theatre.
Zana holds a BA in Dance from the University of California Riverside, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with double concentrations in both Dance Making and Dance Studies. Her performance and teaching career spans from Texas to California, and she is thrilled to be a part of the JT Ballroom family!
Dance is integral to her being and she is honored to share this with her students.
Meet the Team
MIREILLE
Her passion for Dancing drove Mireille to move from France where she was born and raised to the US. Mireille become a Professional Stage Dancer around the country as well as on the High Seas for 13 years.
She then discovered Ballroom dancing and now holds many titles in the professional American Smooth division in the US.
Mireille coaches Ballroom Dancing to competitive students, teaches Wedding Dances and Social Dancing.

ISABELLA
Bella began her dance journey in Ohio at the age of 3. Beginning with the styles of Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Lyrical and adding on the Ballroom and Latin styles at the age of 11. On her journey to creating her own imprint in the dance community, she studied dance heavily at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), a College of the Performing Arts, in Los Angeles. Bella has obtained her Bachelors of Fine Arts, a BFA focused in the Dance Theater Program.
The aspect Bella loves most about dancing is that she gets to expand her mind to different people’s personal styles within different genres of dance. She is excited to continue to grow with the JT Ballroom family and to share her passion for dance with her students.
Bella works with all ages and specializes in Ballroom, Latin, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Musical Theater.

We welcome students of all levels and experience, but our fun and inviting atmosphere, and carefully planned social programs makes JT Ballroom ideal for students with no prior dance experience.
